Earthling Souls: Deeply Rooted in the Earthly Experience

We see Earthling Souls as souls that have incarnated on Earth many times and therefore have a deep connection to the human experience and the development of Earth as it has been since the first apes walked the earth. We are inspired by José Stevens' approach where he describes soul age. It is important to emphasize that soul maturity, from our point of view, mainly relates to Earthling Souls. We go into depth with soul age here. Here is an overview:

  • Development Through Experiences: Earthling Souls learn and grow through concrete experiences in the physical world on Earth. They often have to go through many, many lives before they move on to the next stage.

  • Integration of the Soul's Energy: One of the biggest challenges for Earthling Souls can be integrating the soul's energy and light into their everyday lives and understanding the perspective of other souls on what is possible and what could be.

  • Resistance to Change: Earthling Souls can have a natural resistance to change as they thrive in the familiar and safe. This can make it difficult to open up to new perspectives and break old patterns. This can be especially true in family dynamics and in relationships, which can create tension.

  • Acceptance of What Is: Earthling Souls may have a tendency to see the world in a specific way where, because that's how it is, they don't think about it possibly being that much different. They haven't seen anything else through their often many lives. In other words: They have become accustomed to life on Earth.

  • Lack of Awareness of Energies: Earthling Souls may have a limited awareness of energies and frequencies, which can make them more vulnerable to influences from their surroundings that they do not notice.

  • Social Life: Some Earthling Souls are perfectly fine with social events, and prefer them even if the mood is occasionally bad, or problems are swept under the rug. "Because that's how it is in a family". They seek stability in the social and like to maintain old relationships for many years.

  • Death: Earthling souls generally have a difficult relationship with death, and may have a tendency to lean into organized religion when it becomes pressing. For them, a person is gone forever if they die, unless they are religious. For them, death is a goodbye, while for an IPer or an angel soul it may be goodbye for now.

  • Belief vs. Knowledge: For many Earthling Souls, the "supernatural" and "the other side" is something mysterious that some find exciting, while others find it unscientific. For them, it is something they either believe in or don't believe in.

  • Duality and Pain: The fact that things on Earth have a very high duality generally does not bother Earthling Souls as much as it would stand out to an IPer or an angel soul. Things are as they are, you get cancer, you have a marriage, you live, you die, you go to the doctor and to work.

  • War, Suffering, and Sex: Are natural things for an Earthling Soul, they perceive it as part of life on Earth. They want to avoid pain and seek satisfaction and, unless they are advanced souls, do not think so much about the meaning behind these things or why they find these things exciting.

Earthling Souls in Development

When Earthling Souls begin to open up to their spiritual potential, they can experience a profound transformation. They can begin to see the world with new eyes and understand their place in the larger context. They can develop stronger intuition and a deeper connection to their soul, which gives them more joy, meaning, and purpose in life. However, as is evident from our section on soul age, it means a long journey of maturation both humanly and spiritually.

Collaboration with Other Soul Types

In relationships with IPs and Angelic Souls, Earthling Souls can contribute grounding, practicality, stability, and an acceptance of life on Earth as it is now. They can help these other soul types feel more anchored in the physical world and understand the human aspects of life. It can be difficult for these soul types to understand each other's perspectives.
