Introduction to the Concept of the Soul
In a world that often focuses on the material and the tangible, it can be a challenge to understand and relate to the concept of the soul. We perceive the soul as a part of us that goes beyond the existence of the physical body. It is what came before you and what lives on after you leave here. Accepting that something can exist outside of the material at all can be a mental leap that is too great.
Its inner wisdom is communicated in a different way than through the body's signals, yet it is still connected. This part of us is seen as eternal and independent of the mortality of the body, and we can connect to it. Over time, part of the soul can even be integrated into everyday life through gradual soul descents, making soul contact a concrete and lived experience. In esoteric literature, the soul is something we encounter in past life experiences, out-of-body experiences, and near-death experiences. The concept is colored by religions – heaven and hell – salvation and eternal torment. We have not found any of those things to be true through our exploration of the subject.
Historically, body and soul have often been considered separate entities with a focus on either one or the other. In many traditions, the body was considered a prison whose needs should be overcome and overcome by suppressing the body's needs, impulses, and sexuality. However, other traditions have seen sexuality as a path to enlightenment, e.g. through tantra. In other traditions, it is completely dismissed that there is something "higher", and thus one gains access to a feeling of freedom, which in our view is an illusion. Nevertheless, it is under these illusions that new variations can arise, and something new can be created.
Soul and Body: A Love Dance
Our approach is a hybrid, where the body's needs and consciousness are acknowledged and loved as they are, and the soul's frequencies are simultaneously integrated so that the two can work together in harmony in everyday life as one unit. However, it is a process that requires time and patience.
For some, working with the soul can be crucial to dealing with suffering and finding meaning in life. For others, it may be a path that does not make sense. Both approaches are valid. Your approach may be to want to be more present in the moment, as well as wanting a deeper connection. You don't have to be "spiritually" oriented to work with us.
However, when we experience pain, powerlessness, or confusion, it can be a sign that something deeper is at play – something that goes beyond everyday life. Opening up to the dimension of the soul can create a sense of connection to something greater and provide a deeper understanding of the mysteries of life and death.
Soul and body: A love dance where the two elements find each other and function in harmony. However, the body can react with fear when it encounters the soul's energy and light. Therefore, it is important to listen to the body's signals and integrate the soul's insights at a calm pace. It must be done in a controlled manner and in small doses. But the effect is subtle but lasting changes in everyday life.
For some, the process can feel like moving through a maze, where many spiritual traditions encourage finding a way through it to reach a hidden goal. We have a picture of the overall plan, but it is also flexible and each person contributes to the plan through their journey of consciousness and the actions they take as a result, which is why it is not determined. The more consciousness, the more responsibility.
From Labyrinth to Integration: The Soul's Path to Everyday Life
This image paints a metaphor for the process of soul integration. We propose a different approach, where the soul's frequency is integrated into the body, so that its perspective becomes part of everyday life's perspective on yourself, others, and your place in the cosmos. This makes it possible to gradually "rise above the labyrinth" instead of navigating through it towards an esoteric and hidden goal that is only revealed to you when you have reached a "top level", as is often the case in many esoteric traditions.
